Full hall rental rate is required as deposit upon booking and signing an agreement.

Deposits are Non-Refundable. This Deposit shall cover security for damages.

A flat fee of $12.00 plus tax is charged per person for bar use. This includes the use of glassware, soft drinks, juices & beverage supplies.

Banquet Service Charge: $11.00 per table linen plus tax. $0.75 per table napkin plus tax. Bartenders are $20/hour.

All meals MUST be ordered at least eight days in advance of the event. 50% of meal cost must be paid by this date. You will be charged for the number of meals guaranteed in the agreement or served, whichever is greater. Final payment is due by the next business day. 

Decorators will have access to the hall after 9:00 am on the day of the event. Arrangement for earlier access may be made by contacting the Manager. Every effort will be made to accommodate decorators provided it does not interfere with other functions. All decorations and or equipment must be removed at the end of the event, unless arranged with the Manager. The end of event will be 1:00AM. The Columbian Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
